This Privacy Policy explains how the Singer Player Android application accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app.
Singer Player is developed and maintained by Marko Katic.
Singer Player does not directly collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or payment information.
The app may access the microphone and files selected or created by the user in order to provide its music-related features.

Microphone recording begins only after the user starts a recording or activates a feature that requires audio input. Singer Player does not record audio continuously or secretly in the background.
Audio recorded through the microphone is used only for the feature requested by the user.
Audio recordings and custom samples created in Singer Player are stored locally on the user's device.
Singer Player does not automatically upload microphone recordings, custom samples, songs, or other user-created audio to an external server.
Recordings remain on the device until they are deleted by the user, removed by the application as part of its normal temporary-file handling, or deleted when the application is uninstalled or its local data is cleared.
Singer Player may allow users to import, create, export, back up, or restore files such as song data, MIDI files, audio samples, application backups, or other supported music files.
The app accesses only files selected by the user or files created by Singer Player as part of its normal functionality.
These files are processed locally on the device unless the user explicitly chooses to share or export them through another application or service.
Singer Player is designed to perform its main playback, practice, editing, and recording functions locally on the device.
The app does not use microphone recordings for advertising, profiling, tracking, or remote analysis.
Singer Player does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Singer Player does not share user-created audio recordings or custom samples with the developer or third parties.
A file may leave the device only when the user explicitly chooses to export, share, copy, or back it up using Android or another application. In that case, the selected third-party application or service processes the file according to its own privacy policy.
Singer Player does not display third-party advertising.
The app does not use microphone recordings or user-created content for behavioral advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
Singer Player does not use third-party analytics services to track user activity.
Singer Player does not intentionally collect or transmit personally identifiable diagnostic information.
Because songs, recordings, samples, and settings are primarily stored locally, users retain control over this content on their own devices.
Users should protect their devices with appropriate security measures and should use trusted applications and services when exporting or sharing files.
Singer Player does not maintain a remote account or cloud profile for the user.
Users can delete recordings, samples, songs, backups, and other locally stored content through the available application controls or Android device storage settings.
Users can also delete locally stored application data by uninstalling Singer Player or clearing the application's storage through Android settings.
Singer Player is a general music utility and is not specifically directed toward children.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the application does not require account registration and does not automatically upload microphone recordings, user-created content remains under the control of the device owner.
Singer Player may request Android permissions required for its core features, including microphone access and access to files selected by the user.
Permissions are used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Users can revoke permissions at any time through Android system settings, although some application features may then stop working.
When users choose to share, export, open, or back up content using another application or service, that third party may process the selected data according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Singer Player is not responsible for the privacy practices of services independently selected by the user.
